Running

Mayuri aged 18 hails from Kandivali, Mumbai. When young, she loved to run just for the fun of it. Noticing her passion and fervour for running her parents, who come from a humble background of labourers, edged her on to participate in marathon competitions.

Not wanting to only win but the love to just run gave her the focus she needed to succeed.

I am thankful to Indiabulls Foundation for supporting me. I come from a low-economical family background. Many a times I have dropped out of races just for travelling and registration fees reasons. IBF supported me largely and timely intervened when I wanted it the most. Because of their support I took part in various competitions. Due to IBF support in gym admission and nutritional supplement, now I see a progressive output in my performance.
